About Us

Improving the mental health and lives of adolescents and their families.

Our Mission

Officially incorporated as a Florida nonprofit organization in April 2025 (501(c)(3) status pending), JOYN INC was founded on a simple but critical premise: adolescents need a joyful place to belong. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive community hub in Naples, FL, that bridges the gap between alternative education, mental health support, and family resilience.

Whether navigating neurodiversity, seeking unique abilities accommodations, or simply looking for a safer, more structured social environment, JOYN INC is here to connect families with the resources they need to thrive.

Our Story

We started this community because we saw a real need for a different kind of space for teenagers—one where they don't have to perform, mask, or fit into a rigid box just to belong. We know that a sense of belonging and making meaningful connections helps people develop a positive mindset, a healthy self-esteem, and fills them with joy.

As parents and educators, we watched standard systems leave too many creative, unique, and sensitive adolescents feeling isolated or overwhelmed. We knew there had to be a better way to support both the mental well-being of young people and thepeace of mind of the parents raising them. So, we created JOYn.

We wanted to create a soft landing place that bridges the gapbetween academics, social life, and mental health. JOYn isn’t just a facility or a checklist of programs; it is a living, breathing community. Whether a teen is navigating a non-traditional school year, looking for their core group of friends, needing somewhere to relax, or simply needing an adult mentor who truly listens, they have a seat at our table.

We are deeply committed to protecting the joyful, messy, beautiful journey of growing up. We walk alongside your family with open arms, real resources, and a shared belief that every single teenager deserves a place where they are fully seen, celebrated, and supported.

Our Leadership

At the heart of JOYn is a team dedicated to building a safe, uplifting community for your family. We are parents, educators, and advocates who believe every teenager deserves a place to truly connect, belong, and be filled with joy.
